Well, this winter turned out to be a wet one. Who else besides me is ready for spring?!

As the weather gets warmer and we begin to dry out from this winter, many of our youngsters will return to playing outside more.

With an increase in outdoor recreational activities and sports comes the occasional injury.

Mouthguards can help prevent, or lessen the severity of facial injuries to the jaw and mouth.

In particular, mouthguards help protect against face and lip injuries and broken teeth.

If you have an active child, ask me if a custom mouthguard might be right for your kid. If you play sports, you should wear one too!
